Terms
The terms, in plain language.
These terms cover cultmath.com, the research published on it, the Decision Briefs, and the CULT+MATH connector that lets AI assistants read the research and run paid measurements. By using any of them you accept these terms. If something here is unclear, write and ask: that is a fault in the writing.
CULT+MATH LLC is a one-person firm in Houston, Texas. "We" below means CULT+MATH LLC; "you" means the person or organization using the site, the research or the connector.
The short version
- Study data is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0, with credit to CULT+MATH and a link.
- A brief is licensed for use inside the organization that bought it, with a 14-day guarantee.
- The connector needs no account. Its research tools are free; paid runs state their price first and charge nothing when their own checks fail.
- This is research, not investment, legal or tax advice. Each finding holds for the date and population it states.

The research on this site
Study data on cultmath.com/research is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, adapt and reuse it, commercially or not, as long as you credit CULT+MATH and link the study page. The rest of the site (its writing, design and the briefs) remains the property of CULT+MATH LLC, and you may quote it with attribution and a link.
Every finding is dated and states the population it covers, and each page says which conclusions its evidence supports, which are only directional, and which it cannot support. Please keep those limits with any figure you reuse. A figure quoted without its date or scope is not the finding we published.
Decision Briefs
A brief is sold for use inside the buying organization. It may not be resold, published in full, or redistributed outside it. Quoting a figure externally is fine, with attribution to CULT+MATH and the brief's as-of date.
The guarantee. If a brief does not change or sharpen a decision on your desk, reply to your receipt within 14 days for a full refund. One refund per organization.
Payment is taken by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars.
The connector for AI assistants
The CULT+MATH MCP server lets an AI assistant search and read the research on your behalf. It is described in full at cultmath.com/agent. It needs no account and no sign-in, and it reads only what the assistant sends it: usually keywords or the address of a study. What it keeps is set out in the privacy policy.
- Fair use. The server is rate-limited. Please do not use it to copy the site wholesale, to get around its limits, or to send it personal information.
- What it says. The connector returns what the site publishes, with the same dates, sources and limits. An assistant that rephrases a finding is responsible for its own rephrasing; the canonical version is the page linked in every result.
- Availability. We aim to keep the connector fast and available, but we do not promise it will always be up, and we may change its tools. Changes are listed in its description and on cultmath.com/agent.
Paid runs
Some tools on the full connector at cultmath.com/mcp run a fresh measurement, such as how many companies' filings mention a topic or who AI assistants cite in a category. Paid runs are not offered in the Claude or ChatGPT directory editions. Where they are offered:
- The price comes first. The tool states the price and what the run returns before anything is paid, and charges nothing itself.
- Paid only for a sound result. Each run checks its own controls before it answers. If a control fails, or a source cannot be read, the run returns no result and nothing is charged.
- Payment is made by your assistant's own wallet over the Machine Payments Protocol (Stripe) or x402 (USDC on Base), at the price stated. CULT+MATH never holds your card or wallet keys.
- What you may do with a result. Use it inside your organization and quote it with its run id, date and the attribution given in its
cite_asline. Results are derived measurements; the underlying third-party data is not resold. - If something is wrong. If a result is wrong because of an error on our side, write with the run id and we will look into it.
Research, not advice
CULT+MATH publishes research to inform decisions. It is not investment, legal, tax, accounting or medical advice, and nothing on the site or returned by the connector is a recommendation to buy or sell a security. Decide with your own advisers and your own data.
We check every figure against its source and correct errors when we find them, but we cannot promise the research is free of error or complete. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site, the research and the connector are provided as they are, and CULT+MATH LLC's total liability to you for anything arising from them is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes, and the law that applies
If these terms change, this page changes, with a new effective date. The terms in force when you bought something govern that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
